4. Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:
4.1 Prepare the Delivery Site
Your placement area should:
Be level and firm (gravel, concrete, asphalt, compacted soil)
Have enough space for the truck to enter, turn, and unload
Be free of debris, vehicles, or obstructions
Have proper clearance (minimum 100 ft for trucks)
4.2 Ensure Accessibility
You must confirm whether:
The truck can access your location
There are height restrictions (trees, power lines, bridges)
The ground can support heavy equipment
Weather conditions allow access (mud, snow, etc.)
If your location is difficult to access, our team can help evaluate alternatives.
5. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $400 per container, regardless of your location within the continental U.S.
There are no hidden charges or variable freight quotes. This flat fee includes:
- Route planning and freight coordination
- Access to local or regional transport partners
- Direct delivery to your provided address
- Communication of an accurate ETA
Please note: If you are ordering multiple containers, a separate delivery fee may apply for each unit unless consolidated delivery is arranged.
