Placing an order with Prime Cargo Containers involves:
Requesting a quote
Receiving container photos and condition details
Approving the container
Making full payment
Scheduling delivery
Receiving the container at your site
Your order is considered confirmed once payment is received.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice based on inventory, steel prices, and market demand.
Customers agree to the following:
Full payment is required before delivery
Invoices must be paid within the valid period
We accept approved payment methods listed in our Payment Policy
Chargebacks due to fraudulent claims may lead to legal action
Our delivery policy is detailed in our Shipping Policy. Key expectations:
Delivery dates are estimates
Customers must prepare and provide safe access to the delivery area
Redelivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed
Once the container is unloaded, final positioning adjustments may require extra charges
Lion Shipping Containers is not liable for:
Inaccessible or unsafe delivery sites
Delays caused by weather, road closures, or third-party carriers
Damage occurring after successful delivery

Customers may cancel prior to container dispatch.
Administrative or processing fees may apply.
Orders cannot be canceled once the container departs the depot.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.
Ownership transfers to the customer once payment is completed.
Risk of loss transfers when the container is:
Loaded onto a truck for delivery, or
Picked up by the customer or their carrier
After this point, Prime Cargo Containers is not responsible for damage caused by:
Transport arranged by the customer
Weather
Improper site preparation
Misuse or alterations
Sales tax is applied in accordance with U.S. state laws.

Crane or forklift offloading

Shipping containers are sold as-is, WWT, or CW depending on the grade purchased.
We guarantee:
Containers will match the condition description provided
WWT containers will be wind and water-tight upon delivery
CW containers will meet cargo-worthy standards at the time of sale
We do not guarantee:
Long-term performance
Interior appearance
Rust prevention over time
Structures modified after purchase
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Cargo Containers is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, income, or profits
Damage due to improper handling or placement
Delays caused by third-party carriers
Site-related issues affecting delivery
In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the container.
